Almendra designs...

Yet another brilliant seller down at Craftaholics this weekend..Almendra Designs.

Run by Anna who is a bookbinder, she sells gorgeous and very affordable notebooks in differing sizes...great for a great gift, or a present to yourself! x

Check out the amazing products by Isabel Vince...using her unique style she makes hand made homeware and accessories from 100% lambswool...See her site for more products and come down to Craftaholics this weekend (26th) at the Old Queens Head in Islington to bag yourself a real treat.....
Isabel graduated from Camberwell College of Art with a BA (Hons) Fine Art: Sculpture. She went on to study Textiles where she specialised in 3D knit. Isabel has done internships with Donna Wilson, Tait & Style and Hot House 3D Special Effects Co. She has exhibited in shows including Play with Inc and Risky Showgun and most recently contributed work to the Hyperbolic Crochet Coral Reef exhibition at the South Bank Centre. Alongside her practice Isabel teaches at Oak Lodge School and has worked on outreach projects with both The Chisenhale Gallery, London and The Photographers’ Gallery, London. Isabel is part of the Homerton Artists Group. She lives and works in London.

little chook!!

Little Chook will be with us selling their great childrens clothing products...a great range weather for a little one of your own or a gift. A must have and ethically produced too!

FOREST CREATURES - Flock prints featuring a variety of animals and birds which are easily recognisable to little ones. The flock shapes are all cut by hand and have a lovely texture similar to fuzzy felt (anyone growing up in the 70’s should have fond memories of their fuzzy felt sets!). 

VINTAGE PATCHES - they have a large collection of genuine vintage fabrics and and use small pieces of fabric to decorate children’s tshirts. 

Where ever possible Little Chook sources 100% organic cotton tshirts which have been manufactured in a fair and equitable way with no child labour involved. Where it has not been possible to source organic cotton they use products from the American Apparel range as they manufacture all their own products in the states and treat their workforce fairly.

Printmonger sell screenprints. All the prints are printed at Print Club London ( by both / either / or Print Club London and / or Cure Studio ( The prints on the stall this saturday are (mostly) from a show shown in London, America and Japan. 

The show is called Edition / Power In Numbers and features 50 artists, each with an edition of 50 prints.
